Pre-Lease:
1. Conditional on verification of tenant's credit report to the full satisfaction of Landlord;
2. At signature of the lease, a copy of the rules and regulations for the property will be given to the tenant(s). The Tenant(s) must read and agree to building's by-laws and regulations;

During the Lease:
1. No smoking of any kind allowed within the building;
2. The tenant(s) is not allowed to sub-lease (including Airbnb or other short-term leasing) or lease transfer without written permission from the Landlord.
3. The apartment shall be returned in the same condition as delivered;
4. No modifications or perforations may be made to the immovable without the lessor's written authorization.
