Mars Kelly is the strategic force behind Keller Williams Prestige’s brand evolution and market expansion. As Chief Marketing Officer, she leads the brokerage’s marketing, communications, and community-building initiatives with one goal: to turn KW Prestige into the most agent-centric, consumer-connected, and omnipresent real estate brand in Quebec.

An award-winning brand strategist, real estate investor, and serial entrepreneur, Mars has launched and scaled several consumer-facing businesses and luxury lifestyle brands across North America and Europe. She brings a high-performance, results-driven mindset to real estate marketing, grounded in deep industry knowledge and global execution.

With over a decade of real estate marketing experience, Mars has built hundreds of successful realtor brands and marketing systems while working alongside top-producing agents and celebrity talent across Australia, London (UK), the U.S., and Spain.

Her work is known for blending emotional storytelling with tactical performance, giving agents the tools to show up like CEOs, not just salespeople.

As a luxury real estate consumer herself, Mars brings both the buyer’s perspective and the marketer’s eye to every campaign, helping bridge agent success with real market needs.

At KW Prestige, Mars has built the marketing department from the ground up by developing recruitment campaigns, coaching programs, lead-generation systems, and public-facing content that elevates both the agents and the brand.

At the heart of it all, Mars is driven by impact. Whether she’s overseeing consumer media campaigns, launching community initiatives, or helping agents build unforgettable personal brands, her focus is always the same: deliver results, foster connection, and build the most powerful agent platform in the province.

José Valerio

With over a decade of service at Keller Williams, José Valerio leads the Finance and Operations function as Market Centre Administrator (MCA), bringing a rare blend of financial expertise, operational leadership, and multilingual communication to his role.

Originally from Venezuela and of Italian heritage, José earned his Bachelor’s degree in Accounting in 2007 and holds a CPA designation from Venezuela. He began university at just 16, having skipped several grades, and completed five years of study while actively managing the books for his family’s upholstery business, one of the largest in Venezuela. Despite rarely needing to open a textbook, he graduated with distinction thanks to real-world experience gained from a young age.

José immigrated to Canada in 2013 and quickly adapted, mastering French through the francization program in just a few months. Today, he speaks four languages fluently: English, French, Spanish, and Italian.

Outside the office, José is a proud father of three boys, a certified youth soccer coach, and a former professional soccer player who competed at an MLS level. He brings the same discipline and team spirit to his work, providing Keller Williams agents with trusted financial systems, tech support, and the back-end structure they can rely on.

Known for his sharp thinking, quiet humility, and problem-solving mindset, José is a cornerstone of the KW team. He consistently leads with precision, integrity, and heart.

Emily is a dedicated real estate professional with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for making things run smoothly behind the scenes. As Broker Services Manager at KW Prestige, she works closely with both new and experienced brokers to ensure they have the tools, support, and guidance needed to succeed - from onboarding and training to marketing and daily operations.

Before stepping into real estate, Emily spent years in customer service and administrative roles, where she developed a strong foundation in problem-solving, communication, and client care. Born and raised in Montreal’s West Island, she brings a deep knowledge of the local market and a genuine love for her community.

Outside of real estate, Emily is also a longtime musician who plays guitar and bass - a creative outlet that fuels her ability to think outside the box and stay grounded. Whether she's helping brokers build their business or finding solutions behind the scenes, Emily leads with empathy, efficiency, and a genuine commitment to helping others thrive.
