Main lower unit 2375 back concrete balcony was extended & a removable cover was added.

Water damage caused by a leaking toilet from the upstairs rental unit, 10847 James-Morrice. Was repaired 10 years ago, no issues since.

Regular condensation appears on the windows of the immovable due to their age.

Drainage problem with the pipe in the floor of the furnace room, leading to the back wall where the electrical panel connections are. Was repaired 8 years ago, no issues since.

Sewage pipe backed up into the pit due to a build up of rocks inside the drainage pipe, minor surface water. The city came and opened up the street to repair the drainage pipe on the city side.
